Islandtrail Creative was built from a lifelong passion for creativity, self-expression, and thoughtful presentation.

Founder Andy Woods began learning digital design independently in his early 20s while working as a solo artist. Out of necessity—and curiosity—he taught himself how to design websites, create posters and advertisements, and build promotional materials for events and releases. Managing his own career meant learning how to present a clear, professional image, and developing a strong instinct for what genuinely connects with people.

As his work became more refined, other artists and bands took notice. They began reaching out for help with their own branding and promotions, and the results spoke for themselves.

 

With cohesive design and stronger visual identity, their credibility and visibility grew—and what began as a side skill naturally evolved into something much bigger.

Born and raised in Ontario, Andy relocated to Vancouver Island in 2023. The move marked a new chapter—one shaped by the Island’s landscapes, slower pace, and creative energy. Nature, exploration, and a deep appreciation for intentional living continue to influence the way Islandtrail Creative approaches each project.

Today, Islandtrail Creative operates as a focused, hands-on company, working closely with clients to create clean, professional design that feels aligned, personal, and built to last.

 

While the company is currently independently run, thoughtful expansion is a natural possibility as the brand continues to grow.
